All orders ship from Lancaster, PA, USA.
We currently ship domestically to all 50 sates. International shipping is not available at this time! If you are unable to process your order please email us at shop@shopdrom.com
We ship using USPS and UPS. FedEx upon request.
Free standard shipping includes ground shipping from UPS or USPS. This will be chosen by Drøm based on speed and cost to your area. If you want a specific service you must pay for that service. Continental USA only. Your order must be over $100 before shipping and taxes.
If you refuse a shipment from Drøm upon arrival, you are responsible for both the original shipping costs incurred and the cost of returning the package to our warehouse in Lancaster. Drøm is not liable for any damage or loss of quality incurred during shipping. As well as delays with the shipping service or lost packages.
If you are experiencing shipping delays or a missing package please contact the shipping service first before contacting us. We are not able to do anything more than see the tracking number you see once it leaves our store.
